1/22/26 - 4:36 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Christine Michelle Pennington, 46, of Fort Madison in the 1400 block of 48th Street on a charge for driving while barred and a warrant for driving under suspension. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/22/26 - 5:02 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Avenue C. 
1/22/26 - 5:30 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1200 block of 36th Street. 

Keokuk Police Report
1/22/26 - 10:28 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Brookshire Drive and Messenger Road.
1/22/26 - 2:44 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of North Park Drive. Armando Barrera Villarreal, 55, of Montrose struck the rear driver's side of a parked and unoccupied vehicle on private property. 
1/22/26 - 10:13 PM - Keokuk police arrested David James Day, 45, of Keokuk in the 600 block of Franklin Street on a warrant for domestic assault abuse. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/23/26 - 2:14 AM - Koekuk police arrested Lucas James Meyers, 24, of Keokik in the 1500 block of Carroll Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and interference with an official act, and warrants for violation of parole and voluntary absence form custody. He was held in Lee County Jail.

01/23/26 - 10:36 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shaughnessy Oryan Davis, 42, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
01/23/26 - 8:58 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ricardo Antonio Vidal, 40, of Fort Madison at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail
