01/27/17 - 8:04 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2400 block of Avenue a.

01/27/17 - 1:32 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of Avenue E.

01/27/17 - 3:16 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O.

01/28/17 - 2:41 a.m. - Fort Madison police arrested Ethan Shawn Barr, 21, of Louisiana, in the 700 block of Avenue H on charges of OWI-1st offense. He was taken to the Lee County Correctional Center and jailed.

01/28/17 - 12:01 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary at 1300 block of 14th Street.

01/28/17 - 3:18 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary on Tammy Lane.

01/28/17 - 5:57 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Avenue G.

01/28/17 - 11:05 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1300 block of 23rd Street.

01/28/17 - 3:09 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3000 block of Avenue J.

01/28/17 - 3:24 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 600 block of Crescent Lane.

01/28/17 - 4:39 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of 39th Street.

01/28/17 - 5:11 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2800 block of Avenue O.

01?29/17 - 1:03 a.m. - Fort Madison police arrested John Robert Becker II, 34, of 2300 block of Avenue I, in the 3200 block of Avenue I on warrant service for contempt of court. He was taken the Lee County Correctional Center and jailed.

01/29/17 - 8:13 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of 22nd Street.

01/29/17 - 10:14 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1100 block of Avenue F.

Lee County Sheriff's Department report

01/25/17 - 2:20 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 218 and 110th Street. A vehicle driven by Julia Wiesner, 42, of Madison, Mo., stopped in the midst of a right-hand turn onto 110th Street due to a county maintenance grader working on 110th Street. Wiesner stopped in the turn not thinking she could complete the turn with the maintenance equipment there. A vehicle driven by David M. Burch, 40, of Piedmont, Mo., side-wiped the Wiesner's vehicle as he couldn't move to the left due to traffic. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.

01/26/17 - 10:06 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwys. 218 and 61. A vehicle driven by Kim R. Irvin, 59, of Montrose was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Sarah Michal Roe, 22, of Mt. Pleasant. No injuries or citations were issued at the scene.

01/26/17 - 11:31 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2800 block of Hwy. 61. A vehicle driven by Cynthia Kathleen Allen, 61, of Montrose collided with a vehicle driven by Michael Leon Godma, 64 of La Grange, Mo. According to reports, Allen failed to obey a stop sign at the crossroad connecting north and southbound lanes of Hwy 61. Heavy damage was reported to both vehicles. No injuries or citations were listed on the report.

01/26/17 - 11:45 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Barry Dirk Smith, 24, of Ottumwa at the Wapello County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to the Lee County Correctional Center and jailed.

01/26/2017 - 3:21 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested LeShawn Eugene Stanbridge, 31 of Quincy, in the 22oo block of Locust St., in Quincy on warrants for possession of weapons by a felon and theft in the 4th degree. He was taken to the Lee County Correctional Center and jailed.
