02/24/17 – 9:34 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 900 block of Avenue G.

02/24/17 – 1:02 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2800 block of Avenue H.

02/24/17 – 1:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Anne Marie Pedersen, 67, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of 33rd Street on a charge of dog running at large – a simple misdemeanor. She was cited and released.

02/24/17 – 2:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2800 block of Avenue P.

02/24/17 – 2:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1400 block of Avenue G.

02/24/17 – 3:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Christopher Scott Morse, 27 of Fort Madison in the 900 block of 33rd Street on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/24/17 – 6:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a robbery in the 400 block of Avenue H.

02/25/17 – 3:36 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Bradley Robert Bohnenkamp, 30, of Fort Madison in the 600 block of 1oth Street on a warrant for probation violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/25/17 – 9:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a theft of gas in the 700 block of Avenue D.

02/25/17 – 11:18 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Avenue F.

02/25/17 – 1:52 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2700 block of Avenue M.

02/25/17 – 3:46 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Avenue G.

02/26/17 – 3:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Shelby Lynn Johnson, 25,  in the 2400 block of 53rd Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear.

02/25/17 – 5:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Timothy Stephen Watson, 33, of Fort Madison in the 31oo block of Avenue L on a charge of OWI-2nd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/26/17 – 12:17 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue D.

02/26/17 – 5:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1600 block of Avenue D.

02/26/17 – 6:39 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of 23rd Street.

02/27/17 – 2:12 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Casy Jo Claiborne, 34 of Keokuk on a charge of driving while suspended. She was released on a promise to appear.

02/27/17 – 7:35 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the alley north of the 700 block of Avenue D.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report

o2/25/17 – 3:37 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Savannah Elizabeth Meyers, 22 of Montrose at the intersection of Hwy 218 and 300th Street on charges of OWI-1st offense, no insurance and excessive speed. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held until she was released on her own recognizance.

02/25/17 – 6:46 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on 235th Avenue. A vehicle driven by Warner Derek Kelso, 23, of Keokuk swerved to miss two dogs that ran into traffic, striking one of the dogs. Both dogs ran from the scene. No citations or injuries were reported at the scene.

02/25/17 – 9:49 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lisa Marie Johnson, 28, of Fort Madison at the Lee County Sheriff’s department in Montrose on a charge of simple assault. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/26/17 – 12:30 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on County Road 103 near 258th Avenue. A vehicle driving by Robert William Krogmeier, 34, of Fort Madison swerved to avoid colliding with two deer on the roadway and became airborn after running over a driveway. No injuries or citations were issued at the scene.

02/26/17 – 8:37 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rina Lyn Veltri, 51, of Fort Madison, at the intersection of 280th Avenue and 330th Avenue and charged with simple assault. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

02/26/17 – 11:54 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on southbound Hwy 61. A vehicle driven by James Michael Roller, 43 of Fort Madison, struck a large rock as part of large debris pile on the highway. Two other unidentified vehicles also reported damage from the debris.

02/25/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to one alarm, one burn permit violation and one false alarm.

02/26/17 – Fort Madison Firefighters responded to three medical calls and one trash fire.
