12/16/17 – 9:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1904 Avenue H.

12/15/17 – 2:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3600 block of Avenue L.

12/15/17 – 3:08 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 3200 block of Crabtree Lane.

12/15/17 – 5:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of property damage accident in the 3200 block of Avenue L.

12/15/17 – 10:09 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Russell Arlo Young, 41, of Fort Madison on Alta Drive, on a a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/16/17 – 11:38 a..m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report  of vandalism in the 3100 block of Avenue L.

12/17/17 – 1:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michaela Elaine Land, 22, of Keokuk in the 4400 block of Avenue O, on a charge for OWI-2nd offense, driving while revoked, public intoxication and interference will official acts.

12/17/17 – 8:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 600 block of 21st Street.

12/17/17 – 12:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 4000 block of Avenue O.

12/17/17 – 4:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 4600 block of Avenue J.

12/17/17 – 6:58 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of 23rd Street.

12/18/17 – 1:25 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Greg Lee Rea, 57, of Fort Madison, in the 4600 block of Avenue J, on a warrant for indecent exposure. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff’s report

12/15/17 – 12;59 – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Samantha Suzanne Kellu, 29, of Fort Madison, on charges of driving while barred, possession of cocaine less than 10 grams, aiding and abetting and possession of crack cocaine. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/15/17 – 1:48 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Accquilli LaRonce Jones, Jr., 28, of Burlington, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on warrants for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on his recognizance.

12/15/17 – 10:09 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Russell Arlo Young II, 41, of Fort Madison, on Alta Drive in Fort Madison on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and then released on bond.

12/16/17 – 12:37 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Larry Lee Whittemore, 28 of Wayland, no location given, on a charge of OWI-2nd offense. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/16/17 – 7 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Micheal Hemphill, 24, no location given, on a charge of poessession of drug paraphernalia.

12/16/17 – 11:23 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Dean Jacobson, 46, of Keokuk, at the Des Moines County Jail in Burlington, on a warrant for 5th-degree theft. He remained in custody and was then released on bond.

12/16/17 – 7:54 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Thomas Curry III, 45, of Burlington, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a charge of OWI. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

12/17/17 – 7:24 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeremy James Oliver, 24, of Keokuk, at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a charge of assault causing serious injury . He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.

12/18/17 – 8:11 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies cited Tyler Edward Rung, 20 of Fort Madison at the Lee County Sheriff’s office on a charge of assault with intent to do injury. He was released upon citation.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
