Fort Madison Police Report

10/31/18 – 9:14 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of Avenue B.

10/31/18 – 11:03 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the Fort Madison area.

10/31/18 – 12:17 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Avenue D.

10/31/18 – 3:14 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue E.

10/31/18 – 7:44 p..m. – Fort Madison Police arrested William Paul Cochenour, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 3100 block of Avenue M., on two warrants of controlled substance violation. He was taken to the Lee County Jail  and held.

11/1/18 – 12:49 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 5000 block of Avenue O.

11/1/2018 – 1:21 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1600 block of Avenue D.

11/1/2018 – 4:56 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2300 block of Avenue J.

11/1/2018 – 11:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Brittney Nichole Wylie, 25, of Fort Madison in the 3200 block of Avenue L, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension. She was released upon citation on a promise to appear.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report

11/1/18 – 10:18 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested April Lee Jacobson, 50, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office, on a warrant for felony forgery. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

11/1/18 – 5:59 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Darrell Wayne Wagner, 56, of Fort Madison on a judgement hold. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Those listed above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
