5/17/19 – 2:47 a.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of 26th St.

5/17/19 – 5:10 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of Ave. F.

5/17/19 – 8:21 p.m – Albert H. Harper, 41, of Fort Madison was arrested on a charge of OWI First in the 3400 block of Ave. N. He was arrested and held at the Lee County Correctional Center.

5/17/19 – 11:08 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/ theft in the Fort Madison Area.

5/17/19 – 11:10 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Ave. C.

5/17/19 – 11:29 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1400 block of Ave. C.

5/17/19 – 11:37 p.m – Jarrod P. Holland, 40, of Fort Madison was arrested on a charge of OWI Third in the 1500 block of Ave. B. He was arrested and held at the Lee County Correctional Center.

5/18/19 – 11:51 a.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1700 block of Ave. C.

5/18/19 – 6:49 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/ theft in the 2800 block of Ave. A.

5/19/19 – 8:29 a.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Richards Dr.

5/19/19 – 3:30 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1800 block of Ave. H.

5/19/19 – 4:52 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident at the intersection of Old Denmark Rd. and Old Denmark Hilltop.

5/19/19 – 8:45 p.m – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of larceny/ theft in the 1700 block of Ave. H

5/19/19 – 9:47 p.m – Boyd Michael Sutton, 36, of Fort Madison was arrested on a charge of Harassment in the first degree in the 5700 block of Ave. O. He was arrested and taken to the Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Department –

5/17/19 – 11:49 a.m – Brett Allen Michael Montgomery, 25, of Keokuk, was arrested on a charge of Contempt – Failure to Pay Fine/ Cost, in the 2100 block of South 7th. He was released on bond on the 19th at 3:21 p.m.

5/18/19 – 12:40 a.m – David Elmer Keefe, 52, of Keokuk was arrested on charges of OWI Third, Driving while License was Revoked, and Provide Proof of Financial Liability at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. He was released the same day at 6:05 p.m on Pre-Trial REL.

5/18/19 – 1:39 a.m – Tommy Marvin Holden, 70, of Fairfield, was in a one car accident near Mile Marker 22 on Hwy 61. Holden saw a large rock and swerved to avoid it, but was unable to do so. Deputy Uriah Wheatley saw a large rock as well, “about 6″ x 6″ x 6″” on the side of the road near Holden’s vehicle. Said vehicle had been temporarily disabled due to the front passenger rim being broken and a large puncture in the side wall of the tire. There were no reported injuries on scene.

5/18/19 – 2:48 a.m – Nicholas Ryan Mullins, 34, of Keokuk was arrested on charges of OWI Second, Interference with Official Acts, Open Container, Unsafe Approach – Parked Emergency Vehicle, Provide Proof of Financial Liability, at Mile Marker 20 on Hwy 61. He was released the same day at 5:55 p.m on personal recognizance.

5/18/19 – 3:06 p.m – Payton Wrage Vanpelt-Vice, 23, of Fort Madison was arrested on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Domestic Abuse/ Assault, PCS Prescription Drug in the 2100 block of Ave. H. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

5/19/19 – 4:51 a.m – Carol Ann Brewer, 52, of Keokuk, was arrested on a charge of Possession of a controlled substance, first, second, and third at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. She was released the same day at 11:41 a.m on personal recognizance.

5/19/19 – 4:57 a.m – Brandon Michael Frazier, 25, of Fort Madison was arrested on a charge of a false report – law enforcement at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken to jail and held.

5/19/19 – 9:33 p.m – Samson Kent Padilla, 31, of Keokuk, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear/ contempt ct. No arrest location was given. He was taken to jail and held.

5/19/19 – 10:10 p.m – Darryl Keith Jr Atkins, 35, of Burlington was arrested on a charge of contempt – failure to pay fine/ cost at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken to jail and held.

5/19/19 – 10:41 p.m – Quentin Kade Beach, 19, of Fort Madison, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault at the intersection of 17th St. and Ave. E. He was taken to jail and released the same day at 11:02 p.m on bond.

5/19/19 – 11:442 p.m – Elizabeth Jonann Byrn, 52, of Argyle was cited on two counts of possession of controlled substances and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1700 block of 319th St. She was released upon citation.
