Fort Madison Police Report
02/15/24 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested John Allen Scott, Jr., 46, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Avenue E, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/15/24 – 9:39 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue E.
02/15/24 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Charles Joseph Lozano, 45, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue G, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd and drug tax stamp violations. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/15/24 – 6:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Michael Jason Westcott, 42, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of Avenue E, on charges of city: theft and city: criminal mischief.
02/15/24 – 8:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Johnnette Sue Williams, 46, of Fort Madison, in the 5100 block of Avenue O, on a warrant for failure to appear – 3rd degree theft. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
02/15/24 – 9:35 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Victor Paul Wilke, 23, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of Avenue E, on a charge of 1st offense domestic assault – bodily injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
02/15/24 – 10:50 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of South 15th Street.
02/15/24 – 3:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident at Decatur Street and Messenger Road.
02/15/24 – 3:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 400 block of Messenger Road.
02/15/24 – 3:42 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Kaitlyn J. Stinson, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Des Moines Street, on a charge of allowing dog to attack.

Lee County Sheriff Report
02/15/24 – 6:20 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jeremy William Hawthorne, 46, of Missouri, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for willful injury, causing bodily injuries and 2 warrants for contempt – any other act. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
