12/09/22 – 1:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
12/09/22 – 4:32 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Austin James Corwin, 27, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a Des Moines County warrant for controlled substance violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/10/22 – 8:33 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Airport Road.
12/10/22 – 8:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 4600 block of Avenue J.
12/10/22 – 3:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1200 block of 23rd Street.
12/10/22 – 3:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 5100 block of Avenue O.
12/10/22 – 5:39 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Ashley Susan Marie Franklin, 37, of Farmington, in the 5400 block of Avenue O, on a Van Buren County warrant for failure to appear. She was transferred to another facility.
12/10/22 – 7:50 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Avenue H.
12/10/22 – 8:58 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Matthew Wayne Sly, 29, of Fort Madison, in the 3400 block of Avenue E, on charges of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance methamphetamine. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/10/22 – 10:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of 36th Street.
12/11/22 – 4:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit & run in the 1800 block of Avenue E.
12/11/22 – 9:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary at the intersection of 15th Street and Avenue E.

Lee County Sheriff Report
12/09/22 – 11:50 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Tiffany Marie Pennington, 31, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/10/22 – 8:04 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Timothy Daniel Washburn, 45, of Keokuk, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, Fort Madison, on a warrant for assault w/bodily injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
