02/21/25 – 11:53 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Avenue F.
02/22/25 – 2:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1500 block of Avenue H.
02/22/25 – 5:35 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Aiden Ryan Butler, 19, of Fort Madison, in the 2800 block of Avenue O, on a charge of 3rd-degree harassment.
02/22/25 – 10:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Blaike William Umbarger, 30, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/23/25 – 1:49 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of Avenue H.
02/23/25 – 1:57 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue E.

02/24/25 – 2:18 p.m.- Fort Madison police arrested Guy Eugene Beach, Jr., 41, of Fort Madison, in the 600 block of 11^th Street, on a charge of harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/24/25 – 2:36 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 5000 block of Avenue O.
02/24/25 – 3:23 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report vandalism in the 600 block of 7^th Street.
02/24/25 – 7:57 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 5100 block of Avenue O.
02/25/25 – 4 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Gavin Bowen Fletchall, 19, of Fort Madison in the 2200 block of Avenue L, on a charge of assault.
02/25/25 – 7:31 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of Avenue G.
02/25/25 – 8:16 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary inn the 300 block of Avenue H.

Keokuk Police Report
02/18/25 – 8:03 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Mia Nastasia Mitchell, 22, of Keokuk in the 700 block of High Street, on a charge of interference with official acts, and a warrant for failure to appear. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/24/25 – 2:36 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at Plank Road and Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Lennie Lamar Francis, 65, of Keokuk, backed up from an intersection after pulling too far into the intersection on a red light. Francis backed into a vehicle driven by Jaci Michelle Renee Elder, 26, of Keokuk. Francis was cited for unsafe backing and no injuries were reported.
02/24/25 – 7:33 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Orleans.
02/24/25 – 5:53 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1200 block of Johnson Street.
02/24/25 – 7:10 p.m. – Keokuk police responded a report of a larceny/theft in 1200 block of Grand Ave.
02/24/25 – 11:58 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Aaron Blake Cook, 23, of Keokuk, at E Street and S. 7^th Street on charges of driving while barred.
02/25/25 – 1:42 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Megan Jo Plowman, 32, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of S. 10^th Street, on a charge of driving while barred. She was held in lee Couty Jail.
02/25/25 – 3:23 a.m. – Keokuk police charged with Lucas Jay Thompson, 18, of Keokuk was arrested in the 1800 block of Carroll Street on a charge of OWI – He was held in Lee County Jail.




Lee County Sheriff’s Report
02/21/25 – 3:39 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tab Andrew Bottger, 52, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of violating a no contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/21/25 – 4:36 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of 22nd Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Rick Dale Frisbie, 64, of Donnellson, ran off the right side of the road and crashed into a bridge guardrail and struck a warning signs. No injuries or citations were reported.
02/21/25 – 5:03 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas Christopher Dodge, 57, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office, on an arrest affidavit. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/22/25 – 9:47 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Belfast Road. According to the report, a vehicle without operator was found upside down in the creek. The report was made anonymously. Occupants weren’t on the scene and the vehicle was towed.
02/22/25 – 11:22 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle Ray Bowman, 31, of Nauvoo, at the sheriff’s office, on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for time served.
02/22/25 – 1:54 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jace Kanyon Prado, 25, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for probation violation. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/22/25 – 11:17 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kristen Lynn Atterberg, 41, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for pretrial release violation. He was held in Lee County.
02/23/25 – 4:15 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Carrie Nichole Morris, 37 of Fort Madison at the sheriff’s office on a court ordered hold. She was held at Lee County Jail.
02/23/25 – 10:39 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cason Dean Alan Barker, 23, of Fort Madison of 3300 block of Hwy. 27, on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
02/24/25 – 12:20 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sean Richard Phinney, 32, of Keokuk, in the 3700 block of Main Street on warrants for voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold. She was held in Lee County Jail.
02/24/25 – No activity reported.
