05/30/23 – 3:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Avenue D.
05/30/23 – 8:54 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of 11th Street.
05/30/23 – 9:16 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Avenue E.
05/30/23 – 9:23 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jalen Keith Kutcher, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on warrants for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and violation of probation - burglary and controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/30/23 – 5:37 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 6100 block of Reve Court.
05/30/23 – 6:25 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Joshua Monroe Wilcox, 32, of Lomax, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order.
05/30/23 – 8:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3900 block of Bluff Road.
05/30/23 – 8:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 2nd Street and Avenue E.
05/30/23 – 9:44 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit & run in the 6100 block of Reve Court.
05/31/23 – 7:45 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 19th Street and Avenue D.
05/31/23 – 8:29 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1800 block of Avenue H.
05/31/23 – 10:40 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2800 block of Avenue N.
05/31/23 – 3:08 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Avenue H.
05/31/23 – 4:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3000 block of Avenue N.
05/31/23 – 7:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit & run in the 1800 block of Avenue D.
05/31/23 – 8:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jessica Rebecca Boe, 32, of Fort Madison, in the 2800 block of Avenue N, on charges of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd and possession of drug paraphernalia.
06/01/23 – 6:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue G.
06/01/23 – 7:52 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2300 block of Avenue J.

Lee County Sheriff Report
05/30/23 – 1:52 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jeffrey Michael Donaldson, 37, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
06/01/23 – 9:50 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 2200 block of Carbine Lane, Keokuk. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Derek Alexander Westwater, 38, of Keokuk, was traveling at a high rate of speed attempting to elude Law Enformcement and lost control on the gravel, traveled down a hill, and failed to negotiate a curve, sliding sideways and coming to rest on its side. Westwater complained of possible injuries and was arrested for unreported charges and transported to the Keokuk Police Department. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
06/02/23 – 5:25 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Bradley Iran Palmisano, 36, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of willful injury - serious injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
