12/14/22 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Justin Robert Bowden, 41, of Missouri, in the 1600 block of 27th Street, on charges of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance - marijuana 3rd.
12/14/22 – 12:18 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue J.
12/14/22 – 6:30 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1100 block of 48th Street.
12/14/22 – 7:43 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit & run in the 1300 block of 27th Street.
12/14/22 – 2:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
12/14/22 – 5:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 500 block of 2nd Street.

Lee County Sheriff Report
12/14/22 – 12:42 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Carissa Leann Moore, 20, of Winfield, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 4th degree criminal mischief $300-$750. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/14/22 – 4:28 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested James Brett Stinson, 33, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for OWI - 1st offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
