Fort Madison Police Report
07/06/22 – 8:35 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Avenue C.
07/06/22 – 5:39 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Christina Sue Ferrell, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of 48th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
07/06/22 – 2:44 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Troy Francis Markham, 55, of Hamilton, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are charged with a suspicion of a crime and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
