Fort Madison Police Report
02/12/24 – 6:47 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Isaak Emanuel Phillips, 26, of Fort Madison on River Valley Road on a charge of domestic assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/12/24 – 5:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Avenue F.
02/12/24 – 7:46 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Thomas Joe Sebastian, 46, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue L, on a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
02/12/24 – 2:14 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested A’neika Shaterrah Forrest, 26, of Fort Madison, in the 700 block of Avenue F, on a warrant for drug tax stamp violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/12/24 – 5:41 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas James Benner, 29, of Montrose, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/12/24 – 6:03 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 2300 block of Hwy. 27. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Tony Lee, 28, of Burnsville, Minn., left the west side of the pavement and struck a guard rail. No citations or injuries were reported.

Keokuk Police Report
02/02/24 – 1:40 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Johnson Street Road. According to the report, a vehicle traveling northbound on Johnson Street Road when it left the roadway and ran into a yard striking a mail box and fence. The vehicle then struck another vehicle in the driveway and struck an electric pole. The vehicle then left the scene and was found by police unattended. The driver is unknown at this time.
02/12/24 – 7:27 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of S. 16^th Street northbound. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Carmine Thomas Martin, 18, of Keokuk, struck a legally parked vehicle. Martin was charged with having an obstructed window/windshield, failure to provide insurance, violation of graduated driver’s license condition.
02/12/24 -  10:38 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of Johnson Street Road.
02/12/24 – 11:21 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Cleveland Avenue.
02/12/24 – 1:16 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile in the 2000 block of Orleans Avenue, on a charge of minor use of tobacco/vapor products.
02/12/24 – 5:07 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3800 block of Main Street.
02/12/24 – 7:10 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of 19^th Street.
02/12/24 – 8:08 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Matthew LeRoy Stice, 50, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Johnson Street Road on a warrant for domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

02/10/24 - Fort Madison Firefighters responded to four medical calls.
