He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/28/24 – 10:06 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Loki Aries Windbigler, 19, of Fort Madison, in the 300 block of Avenue H, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
