09/01/23 – 4:09 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tyler James Jenkins, 34, of Cedar Rapids, in the 4600 block of Avenue J, on a warrant for failure to appear – 1st offense compulsory education violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/01/23 – 4:45 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Jayme Thomesa Jenkins, 37, of Fort Madison, in the 4600 block of Avenue J, on a charge of 3rd offense trespassing.
09/02/23 – 8:34 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Shane Michael Blanchard, 41, of West Point, in the 2100 block of Avenue F, on a charge of driver's license denied/revoked – OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/03/23 – 12:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kyle Wayne Rea, 27, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of 48th Street, on a charge of public intoxication. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/04/23 – 2:24 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1900 block of Avenue F.
09/04/23 – 8:06 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at 15th Street and Avenue F.
09/04/23 – 1:05 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2100 block of Avenue F.
09/04/23 – 3:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3300 block of Avenue G.
09/04/23 – 9:39 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2800 block of Avenue K.
09/05/23 – 8:23 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2100 block of Avenue F.
09/05/23 – 8:25 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1100 block of 48th Street.

Lee County Sheriff Report
09/01/23 – 10:08 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Lisa Marie DeBrackeleire, 31, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for prohibited open burning and violation of probation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/02/23 – 1:32 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Stephanie Ann Young, 36, of Fairfield, in the 400 block of 17th Street, Fort Madison, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on her own recognizance.
09/02/23 – 2:45 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at 340th Avenue & Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Matthew Allen Farris, 39, of Wever, was traveling south on Hwy. 61 and was decelerating to turn left into the crossover to 340th Avenue when it was struck by a vehicle that was driven by Lyn Collen  Newberry, 77, of Wever, that was in the crossover and pulled forward, striking Farris' vehicle. No injuries or citations were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
09/02/23 – 11:44 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Daniel Aloysious Hellweg, 59, of Donnellson, on Denning Street, Houghton, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
09/04/23 – 5:23 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Christina Marie Kestner, 50, of Missouri, in the 2400 block of Hwy. 27, Donnellson, on charges of 1st offense OWI, possession of a controlled substance – 1st, and improper use of lanes. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/04/23 – 11:11 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Wayman Keith Ingram, Jr., 38, of Fort Madison, in the 1900 block of Fort Madison, on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
