12/22/23 – 9:38 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2000 block of Avenue G.
12/22/23 – 10:24 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Anthony Steven Paul Brown, 21, of Fort Madison, in the 500 block of 16th Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/22/23 – 10:41 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1100 block of Avenue E.
12/22/23 – 4:53 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue G.
12/22/23 – 10:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Alicia Behrman, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue H, on a Des Moines County warrant for probation violation. She was transferred to Des Moines County.
12/23/23 – 5:02 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3900 block of Bluff Road.
12/24/23 – 3:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Adam Paul Carson, 41, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Avenue J, on a charge of city: dog at large.
12/24/23 – 9:46 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
12/25/23 – 11:45 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of 23rd Street.
12/26/23 – 7:31 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism at 21st Street and Avenue A.

12/26/23 – 1:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Devin Wayne Dunn, 28, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of 15th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear – 2nd degree theft and a charge of 3rd degree theft greater than $750 less than $1500. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/26/23 – 1:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1800 block of Avenue A.
12/26/23 – 5:00 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Devin Wayne Dunn, 28, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of third degree theft greater than $750 less than $1500. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
12/08/23 – 11:08 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1300 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Anthony Rome Blick, 44, of Keokuk, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Mark Anthony Reetz, 68, of Madrid. No injuries were reported. Blick was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance and no insurance. Both vehicles sustained very minor damages and were driven from the scene.
12/23/23 – 3:12 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Dereck Franklin Keith Harwood, 41, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Ridge Street, on warrants for 3rd degree theft less than $300 and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/23/23 – 10:54 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Travis Levi Boyer, 21, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/23/23 – 7:39 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident in the 600 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Terry White, 33, of Hamilton, was traveling eastbound in the south lane of the 600 block of Main Street when it was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by an unidentified male. The unidentified driver fled the scene after speaking with White. No injuries or citations were reported. White's vehicle sustained minor damages and was driven from the scene.
12/23/23 – 11:50 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Andrew Arthur Russell, 37, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/24/23 – 12:55 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 500 block of Washington Street, on a charge of driving under suspension. His disposition was not reported.
12/24/23 – 3:00 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Raven Arlandia McClinton, 28, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Blondeau Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/24/23 – 6:20 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Jason Alexander Peck, 44, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Ridge Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/24/23 – 6:04 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old female juvenile, of Donnellson, was changing lanes in the 400 block of Main Street when it struck a vehicle driven by Jordan Adee Dedey, 20, of Illinois. No injuries were reported. The juvenile was cited for improper lane change. Both vehicles minor damages and were driven from the scene.
12/25/23 – 4:55 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Kenneth Linn Alvis, 53, of Keosauqua, in the 1000 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
12/26/23 – 8:04 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Payton Rain Miller, 21, of Hamilton, in the 3800 block of Main Street, on a charge of 1st offense domestic abuse assault. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
12/22/23 – 11:32 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident at Hwys. 61 S. & 218. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Ethan Daniel Graham, 32, of Davenport, entered into the crossover between Hwy. 218/61 and Hwy. 218 intersection when it was struck by a vehicle driven by Cheyenne Hugh William Mewes, 48, of Wapello. There were four total occupants and all were transferred to Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center – Fort Madison by Lee County EMS. Graham was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed from the scene.
12/22/23 – 12:21 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Joshua Lee Wayson, 39, Hamilton, at the sheriff's office, on 2 warrants for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/22/23 – 5:39 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on 204th Avenue. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Eric Alan Vantiger, 42, of Donnellson, was backing into a driveway when it was struck by a vehicle being driven southbound on 204th Avenue by Kenneth Alan Thompson, 47, of Donnellson. No injuries were reported. Thompson was cited for no valid driver's license and operating a non-registered vehicle. Thompson's vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.
12/23/23 – 11:14 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Roy James Vowels, 34, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/23/23 – 9:56 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kolton Alan Enke, 27, of Denmark, in the 200 block of Academy Avenue, Denmark, on a warrant for violation of a domestic no-contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
12/24/23 – 12:30 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jason Scott Ward, 42, of Burlington, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on time served.
