01/04/24 – 12;42 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3300 block of Avenue L.
01/04/24 – 8:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of property damage accident in the 1800 block of Avenue E.
01/04/24 – 9:57 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Joseph Howard Orr, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 3300 block of Avenue J, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug stamp violations. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/04/24 – 10:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Michael Robert Scott, 44, of Fort Madison in the 3300 block of Avenue J, on an active warrant and charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possess of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/05/24 – 12:56 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1200 block of Avenue D.
01/06/24 – 9:57 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1400 block of 33rd Street on a charge of burglary.
01/06/24 – 10:27 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue G.
01/07/24 – 2:19 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Aaron Wesley Willis, 29, of Fort Madison in the 3400 block of Avenue L, on charges of OWI and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/07/24 – 6:45 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2500 block of Hwy. 61.
01/07/24 – 10:24 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a vandalism on Florence Drive.
01/07/24 – 12:57 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the Fort Madison area.
01/07/24 – 3:33 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of Avenue H.
01/07/24 – 7:52 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block fo 38th Street.
01/07/24 – 8:45 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Angel Joann Maes, 19, of Fort Madison, in on Florence Drive, on charges of 1st-degree harassment, going armed with intent, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and reckless use of a firearm. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/07/24 – 11 p.m. – Fort Madison Police cited Sandra K. Carson, 66, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Avenue J, on a charge of dog at large.
01/08/24 – 11:20 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3400 block of Avenue P.

01/09/24 – 12:42 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at Avenue C and Denmark Hilltop.
01/09/24 – 8:01 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 1400 block of 38th Street.
01/09/24 – 4:43 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1400 block of 38th Street.
01/09/24 – 10:08 p.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident at 30th Street and Avenue J.
01/10/24 – 7:59 a.m. - Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 900 block of Avenue H.

Keokuk Police Report
12/31/24 – 6:44 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Bank Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Mersadys Elizabeth Dickens, 26, of Keokuk struck a legally parked vehicle. Dickens was arrested and charged with OWI. No injuries were reported.
01/04/24 – 11:59 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Joshua Lee Wayson, 39, no residence listed, in the 3000 block of Main Street on a charge of felony forgery. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/05/24 – 2:40 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Brooke Trichele Smith, 38, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of N. 5th Street, on an active warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
01/05/24 – 9:20 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 10-year-old male juvenile in the 100 block of 8th Street on a charge of simple assault. He was released to a parent.
01/05/24 – 2:56 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
01/05/24 – 4:50 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released to a parent.
01/05/23 – 3:07 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Belknap and Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Mya Mae Kirby, 22, of Keokuk collided with the back end of a vehicle driven by Elmer Lee Hobb, 56, of Keokuk both east bound. No injuries were reported, Kirby was cited for following too closely.
01/05/24 – 6:29 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Maria Fernandez Marron Viayra, 28, of Carthage, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive on a charge of 5th-degree theft.
01/06/24 – 6:18 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Caleb Robert Hall, 37, of Keokuk in the 3800 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/06/24 – 6:12 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Shawn Alan Glidewell, 37, no address provided, in the 300 block of Main Street on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
01/06/24 – 7:55 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Matthew Thomas Miller, 26 of Keokuk at the South Lee County Courthouse on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/06/24 – 9:25 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Kendra Kay Davis, 35, of Keokuk in the 300 block of S. 22nd Street, on a charge of OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/08/24 – 3:59 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Eric Dean Seltzer, 39,  of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Blondeau on charges of possession of marijuana and providing false ID. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

01/08/24 – 6:57 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Jondarian Lil Edward Hodges, 21, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of North Park Drive on a charge of 5th-degree theft.
01/09/24 – 6:54 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at Boulevard and Plank Road intersection. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Glenn LeRoy Carter, 67, of Montrose struck a UTV driven by Harold James Lemaster, 64, of Keokuk. Carter was cited for failing to yield. No injuries were reported.

01/04/23 – 10:26 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brett Allen Michael Montgomery, 30, of Keokuk, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a temporary hold order. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/04/24 – 2:54 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kennedy Lee Martin, II, 47, of Burlington, in the 1400 block of Avenue D, on four active warrants. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/04/24 – 9:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Robert Scott, 44, of Fort Madison in the 3300 block of Avenue J, on an active warrant and charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a marijuana.
01/05/24 – 8:10 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Thomas Lunsford, 43, of Burlington at the north Lee County Courthouse on a hold for transfer. He was taken to Lee County Jail and transferred to another county.
01/05/24 – 8:12 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rickey Deshun Cratton, 56, of Burlington, in the 1700 block of Hwy. 61 on a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
01/06/24 – 2:48 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Jerald McKeown, 52, of Fort Madison, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
01/07/24 – 6:48 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Adil Mhalli, 37 of East Moline, lost control of his vehicle southbound and entered the ditch and roled. Mhalli was transported to the Fort Madison hospital with injuries. No citations were issued.
01/07/24 – 7:40 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Amanda Nicole Rehm, 43, of Fort Madison, lost control of the vehicle due to weather-related road conditions roads and entered the ditch where the vehicle rolled and came to rest on its wheels. Rehm, and a passenger in the vehicle, Kimberly Jean Hobbs, 67, of Fort Madison were transported to Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center. No citations were issued.
01/08/24 – 9:29 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Peach Orchard Rd. According to the report, a vehicle driven by David Patrick Calhoun, 49, of Keokuk, lost control eastbound and rolled the vehicle on the north side of the road. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
01/09/24 – 2:14 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle acicident on Hwy. 218 southbound. According to the report a vehicle driven by James Carl Shepherd, 64, of Cassville, lost control of his tractor-trailer on slushy road and entered the ditch where the tractor rolled onto its side. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.
01/09/24 – 10:20 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident. According to the report, a tractor-trailer driven by Richard K. Sparks, 53, of Quincy jack-knifed on slick roads and entered the median on Hwy. 218 northbound. No citations or injuries were reported.
