03/11/24 – 8:46 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Heather Leigh Ewart, 34, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of S 14^th Street, on charges of violation of a no-contract order and assault on a law enforcement officer/no injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

03/12/24 – 11:52 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Courtney Allen Kellum, 40, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Leighton Street, Keokuk, on a warrant for pretrial release violation and a charge of possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
