Keokuk Police Report
10/19/26 - 5:56 PM - Keokuk police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 3400 block of Main Street. Damian Alan Lee Hooper, 22, of Wyaconda was turning left onto Main Street from a stop sign when he failed to yield the right of way to Charles Joseph Schultz, 49, of Keokuk. Schultz's vehicle struck Hooper's vehicle. Hooper was cited for failure to yield upon a left turn.
10/20/26 - 11:49 AM - Keokuk police responded to a no injury accident at North 14th Street and Seymour Street.
10/20/26 - 12:29 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of High Street.
10/20/26 - 12:32 PM - Keokuk police arrested Earl Edwin Hoskins II, 69, of Keokuk in the 700 block of Exchange Street on three counts of failure to appear and contempt of court and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/20/26 - 12:52 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 200 block of North Park Drive.
10/20/26 - 8:02 PM - Keokuk police arrested Autumn Nicole Cochran, 28, of Keokuk in the 1000 block of Exchange Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and child endangerment. She was held in Lee County Jail.
