WEST BURLINGTON - Great River Health is pleased to announce the launch of MyChart, a secure online portal that gives patients convenient, 24/7 access to their health information. Patients can now sign up for MyChart and learn more at greatriverhealth.org/mychart.
MyChart brings a more streamlined, user-friendly digital experience, giving patients greater control over their healthcare and easier access to important tools and information.
