Richard Paul Timmerman, 73, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 2:53 a.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. He was born on May 28, 1951 in Fort Madison, IA to Frederick & Martha Votzmeyer Timmerman. He worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for many years and loved watching Iowa Hawkeye Football & Basketball and playing Euchre. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends.
Paul is survived by: 1-brother: Dave Timmerman of Fort Madison, IA; 2-nieces: Lori Harris-Henderson of Burlington, IA & Sherri Harris of Burlington, IA; 2-nephews: Braden & Brian Timmerman of Fort Madison, IA; his best friend: Mike (Gerri) Slocum of Fort Madison, IA; friends: Ron & Pam Harris of Fort Madison, IA & Rick Senf of Montrose, IA and his cat, Lucky. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1-sister, Mary Timmerman.
